I became a doula to empower women to take control of their birth. I love witnessing the power of a women when they bring their baby into the world. No matter what kind of birth you plan on, I will support and advocate for your rights and wishes. You deserve to have an informed and powerful birth! 

I certified as a birth and postpartum doula as well as a breastfeeding counselor through the International doula Institute. I am a member of the Utah Doula Association and love learning new techniques all the time.
